Building professional capability, not just credentials

Kaproad exists to close the gap between what professionals learn and what they can actually do on the job.

Traditional education answers a narrow question: does the learner know the material? Most professional work asks a harder one: can this person apply that knowledge under pressure, exercise judgement, defend their reasoning, and produce work that stands up to review? Kaproad is built around that second question.

We author Capability Paths for real professional practice — the tasks, decisions, evidence and review that make up the actual job. Learners work through Missions and Simulations that produce artefacts a reviewer can inspect. Employers get honest capability signals grounded in demonstrated work, not self-reported skill lists.

Kaproad is multi-tenant by design. Individuals own their Capability Passport and carry it between employers. Organisations keep private curricula and evidence inside their own tenant. Platform-authored content stays platform-owned. Everyone sees exactly the surface they should — and nothing more.

Kaproad credentials are private, industry-issued capability records. They are not government qualifications, occupational licences, or statutory certifications, and they do not authorise the holder to practise in any regulated jurisdiction.
