Capability Passport

A portable record of demonstrated capability

What the Capability Passport is, what it is not, and how public verification works.

Your Capability Passport records the Capability Paths you have completed, the Missions and Simulations you have delivered, and the capability levels you have demonstrated across the Kaproad competency framework. It belongs to the professional, not to any single employer, and it travels with you between organisations.

How verification works

  • Snapshot at time of publish. When you share a Passport, the shared view is an immutable snapshot. If you improve later, the previously shared Passport still represents your capability at the time it was shared — unless you republish.
  • Public verify link. Anyone with the link can confirm the credential is current, superseded, revoked, expired, or stale due to framework revision.
  • Capability transcript. Each capability shows Knowledge, Understanding, Application, Professional Judgement, Evidence Collection, Risk Identification, Review Ability, Communication and Overall Capability Level.
