Kaproad moves a professional from theory to demonstrated capability across five capability levels.

Every profession is broken into concrete Capability Paths, each targeting a single capability level (Understand, Apply, Perform, Review, Lead). A Path is delivered as a mix of original explanation, Missions (guided professional work), Simulations, review activities, and defensible judgement — not just reading and testing.

Participants complete Missions and Simulations that produce real artefacts of practice — decisions, working papers, and judgements a reviewer can inspect.

Your Capability Passport belongs to you, not to any single employer. It travels with you and can be publicly verified.
